ORDERS & SIZING
How do I know which size to order?
We use standard U.S. men’s sizing. Please refer to the size chart located on each product page. For tailored accuracy, we always recommend having basic measurements taken.
Do you carry suits in separates or custom combinations?
Our suits are generally sold as full sets. However, if you need a specific jacket/pant size combination (e.g., 44R jacket with 34” pants), contact us – we’ll do our best to assist.
Can I visit your store before ordering online?
Yes! In-store visits are welcome. Our experienced team can help you select and try on outfits in person.
Do you offer wholesale or bulk pricing?
Yes. Orders of 8 or more suits are considered group orders and qualify for exchange-only terms. Please contact us for details on studio, wedding or prom group orders.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We will process your changes or cancellation request as soon as possible if your order hasn’t shipped yet by sending an email to info@suitusa.com. After processing, your order becomes final and follows our return/exchange policies.

When will my order ship?
Orders typically take 2-4 business days to process. Delivery times vary based on the shipping method selected at checkout.

How do I track my order?
Once your package ships, we’ll email you a tracking number. If you haven’t received it within a few days, email us at info@suitusa.com with subject: Tracking Request.
What if I only received part of my order?
Larger orders may ship in multiple packages. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! Shipping charges for international orders are calculated at checkout. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs or import duties.
Can you ship to PO Boxes or military addresses?
Yes. We ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses via USPS. Delivery time may vary based on the destination.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes! You have 60 days from the delivery date to return or exchange eligible items. Items must be:

Do I pay for return shipping?

For refunds: You are responsible for return shipping.

For exchanges: You pay to return the item; we ship the new one free.

How long does it take to get my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days.
Can I return a group order?
Group orders of 8 or more items are eligible only for exchanges, not refunds. Please try one sample item before ordering in bulk.
What if I refuse the delivery?
If you refuse delivery, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Refused packages are subject to the same return conditions.

What if I receive the wrong size or item?
If we made an error, we’ll cover return shipping and send the correct item at no cost. Contact us as soon as possible to resolve the issue.
Can I backorder an item that’s out of stock?
At this time, we do not offer backorders. If a product is unavailable, we recommend checking back soon or contacting us for alternatives.
Do you offer printed catalogs?
Currently, our full inventory is available online only. We do not distribute physical catalogs.
